ninyes B-stock & sample service Terms & Conditions 2026

1. Service Fees & Commissions

The applicable commission rate and handling fees are agreed separately with each brand partner.

Sales proceeds are settled quarterly, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Sales Period & Storage

We sell B-stock for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 10 months through our channels. During this period, Ninyes is allowed to make price adjustments to get the best possible price.

When the selling period ends, the items will be sent to charity or material recycling. Upon request, unsold items can also be returned to the brand partner for a shipping fee of 30€ / box.

3. Accepted Items

Brand partners may submit the following categories of products for sale through the B-Stock service:

• Customer returns that cannot be sold as new

• Sample pieces

• Photoshoot / press loan items

Items not suitable for resale are directed to the channel chosen by the partner.

4. Condition & Quality Requirements

We accept items that are suitable for resale.

Please do not send items that are visibly broken, contaminated, wet or moist or contain trash. Also, we do not handle overstock / outlet items.

Ninyes reserves the right to determine final acceptance and condition categorization.
