MARKETING TRAINEE

Ninyes is looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Marketing Trainee based in Helsinki to take an active role in our social media and promo events this season.

If you understand what performs on Instagram and TikTok, enjoy being on camera, and don’t mind weekend events, this role is for you.

Starting date: 6 April 2026.

  • Start: 6 April 2026

  • 15–25 hours per week

  • Location: Helsinki (office) + event locations in Finland

  • Weekend availability required (promo events & pop-ups)

  • Partly remote work possible (excluding events)

Your Main Responsibilities

📱 Instagram & Facebook:

  • Plan, create and publish content

  • Manage content calendar

  • Community management (comments & DMs)

  • Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics

  • Support boosting & paid content when needed

🎬 TikTok

  • Plan and create engaging TikTok content

  • Film, edit & voice-over videos (English required)

  • Follow trends and test new content formats

  • Help grow Ninyes’ TikTok strategically

🎉 Promo Events (often weekends)

  • Represent Ninyes at pop-ups and brand events

  • Assist in event coordination

  • Create live content from events

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Finnish & English (written and spoken)

  • Good understanding of Instagram & TikTok

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar)

  • Organized, proactive and reliable

  • Available to work weekends when needed

  • Interested in sustainability and circular fashion

  • Experience from events and promotions

  • Comfortable in front of the camera

A bonus if you:

  • Understand social media analytics

  • Have experience with Meta Business Suite or TikTok Ads
