PROGRAM

Ninyes Inc – Bringing Sustainable Growth to Fashion Brands
With Magdalena Wolf & Mikko Siukosaari

Ninyes will show you how any fashion brand can grow by embracing secondhand resale. We connect brands to the growing secondhand market and offer a Resale-as-a-Service (R-a-a-S) solution for responsible fashion businesses.

Magdalena and Mikko, Co-founder of Ninyes, will explain the differences between various resale models, such as peer-to-peer marketplaces, external platforms (e.g., Vinted, Sellpy), and Ninyes’ fully managed resale model.

You’ll also learn how to navigate the upcoming EU regulations in 2025 with the help of a single partner.

Our model was awarded the Finnish Fashion Award 2024, we are finalists of the eBay Circular Fashion Fund 2025, and we look forward to further scaling this successful concept.

A keynote by Fredrik Ekström: Stressed About Getting Dressed

As concerns about overconsumption and sustainability grow, wardrobes are becoming untapped business resources. The secondhand market offers fashion brands a unique opportunity to stay ahead and remain profitable.

Fredrik, brand strategist and founder of Above The Clouds, will share exclusive insights from the report “THE NXT SUSTAINABLE CONSUMER”, based on data from over 2,500 individuals across Scandinavia.

With over 20 years of experience in consumer research, sustainability, and brand strategy, Fredrik will address:

  • What is driving this shift?

  • How can your brand benefit from it?

Fredrik will introduce the three emerging consumer archetypes in the green economy and explain why secondhand has become a priority for them. Learn how to transform wardrobes into profitable, sustainable business models – and how to distinguish between hype and genuine growth opportunities.
